Founded in 2021 by Mark Francis, 100 Diamonds of Excellence was created to provide educational, occupational, and social guidance for students in grades 6–12. The organization was built on the belief that young people thrive when they are equipped with leadership opportunities, mentorship, discipline, and meaningful support systems.
Through mentorship and structured development, 100 Diamonds of Excellence helps students strengthen their confidence, leadership abilities, and sense of purpose—preparing them to make positive contributions to their communities and future careers.

Mark Francis is a United States Air Force veteran and community leader with more than 30 years of experience in Systems Engineering and Human Capital Management.
Driven by a passion for mentorship and youth development, he founded 100 Diamonds of Excellence to equip students with leadership skills, educational support, and real-world opportunities.
His commitment to service has impacted hundreds of young people through mentorship, athletics, leadership development, and academic guidance.
