The 100 Diamonds of Excellence Leadership Development Group is dedicated to the academic, professional, and social advancement of young adults in grades 6–12, equipping them with the knowledge, discipline, and guidance necessary to excel in education, careers, and life.
Founded in 2021 by Mark Francis, 100 Diamonds of Excellence was created to provide educational, occupational, and social guidance for students in grades 6–12. The organization was built on the belief that young people thrive when they are equipped with leadership opportunities, mentorship, discipline, and meaningful support systems.
Through mentorship and structured development, 100 Diamonds of Excellence helps students strengthen their confidence, leadership abilities, and sense of purpose—preparing them to make positive contributions to their communities and future careers.
Mark Francis is a United States Air Force veteran, mentor, and community leader with more than 30 years of experience in Systems Engineering and Human Capital Management. Throughout his career, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies including MCI, Verizon, ADT/Tyco, and Ceridian while remaining deeply committed to youth development and mentorship.
Driven by a passion for service and leadership, Mark founded 100 Diamonds of Excellence to help equip young adults with the guidance, discipline, and opportunities needed to succeed academically, professionally, and personally. His mission is rooted in mentorship, education, and empowering the next generation to lead with confidence and purpose.
