100 DOE is a premier youth development and mentorship organization committed to preparing students in grades 6–12 for college, skilled trades, and military service. Through structured programming, we cultivate leadership, academic excellence, and real-world readiness.
We serve middle and high school students, providing equitable access to mentorship, academic support, and career exposure. Our program is designed to empower both young men and young women to reach their highest potential.

We provide a comprehensive development model that includes college tours, SAT/ACT preparation, scholarship guidance, trade career exposure, military pathway education, and mentorship from industry professionals. Our approach ensures students graduate with both direction and opportunity.
Families can enroll students directly, while partners and sponsors can support through funding, mentorship, internships, and strategic partnerships. Together, we expand access, elevate outcomes, and build the next generation of leaders.
